Something that makes Coakley Bay a great place (besides the absolute best views on St. Croix) are the two beaches.  One is right below the condos, and another (truly great one) about a 7 minute walk away. It is a favorite location for kite surfers and visiting sailboats. Then there is the Cultured Pelican - a superb restaurant that overlooks the pool and the Caribbean.  The Sunday brunches are without a doubt the best on the island and the evening dining offers both a first class restaurant and a more informal bar area with a lighter fare.

There is a huge balcony on the front of the condo which overlooks the Caribbean, and Coakley Bay is just 15 minutes out of town - far enough away to enjoy the serene beauty, but still just a stone's throw from two golf courses, two marinas, numerous beaches, and a lot of really good restaurants - the best of both worlds.
